Landmark Ruling for Illinois Civil Unions

Civil-Unions-for-Same-Sex-Couples On June 26, 2013, in the landmark ruling of United States v. Windsor, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Defense of Marriage Act (“DOMA”).
